This individual provides technical support to customers via phone calls, text messages, emails, and field support for products and services offered through the dealership.

What You'll DoThe dealer technical support manager manages the field service technicians, the customer call center, and work orders for a particular region consisting of two to three locations.
This individual provides technical support to customers through accurately diagnosing problems utilizing John Deere resources to provide solutions and takes responsibility to ensure customer interactions always result in an effective and timely solution.
The dealer technical support manager utilizes input from customers, JD technology suite, and related team members to create work orders based on data received.
In addition, this individual must be able to work additional hours during seasonally busy times and support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.

QualificationsQualificationsWhat's Required 3-4 years of experience in service department operations Demonstrates outstanding customer service and communication skills Proven experience solving problems effectively Experience using computer systems such as Microsoft Office, internet functions, and Dealer Business Systems Flexibility to travel Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen High School diploma What's Preferred 4
years of experience in service department operations Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive products Knowledge of John Deere Business Systems:
